“The Experience” for Non-Divers Interested in Trying Scuba Diving

No previous diving experience is required. We start with an introduction to diving and safety, followed by a few exercises in shallow water. Then we guide you through 2 beautiful dives on the coral reef. Opting for the two-dive experience is recommended, as the second dive is usually more relaxed and allows you to fully experience the beautiful underwater world. The PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program is an excellent introduction to the beauty of the coral reef and offers a perfect first-time diving experience.

If you prefer to do just 1 dive, we offer two options:

1. 1 dive joining the boat trip – Before or after this dive, you can enjoy great snorkeling for the remainder of the day on the boat.

2. 1 DSD dive in the pool – We will train some skills in the pool or from the beach, followed by one dive from shore.

Participating in the Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program presents a fantastic opportunity to continue toward becoming a licensed PADI Open Water Diver with just two additional days. Your DSD experience counts as Confined Water Dive 1 and Open Water Dive 1. Should you decide to continue and get certified, the following day will involve theory and pool training. On day 3, you will make 3 training dives to attain the PADI Open Water level. The price of your DSD will be deducted from the full Open Water Course price.

Discover Scuba Diving Day for Beginners (1 Day)

Join us for 2 dives during the day trip, under the professional guidance of an instructor.

Included in the Price:

- Pick up and drop off from hotel (west coast of Koh Chang)

- Use of equipment

- Instruction

- Lunch, drinks, and snacks

Not included: Entry fee to Koh Rang National Park (not applicable for local dive sites).
