Description
A short and direct itinerary focused on Tiger Beach, off the coast of Grand Bahama, one of the most renowned shark diving spots in the world. Over four days of diving, the boat remains in the area to maximize encounters with female tiger sharks against a backdrop of white sandy bottoms and excellent visibility, in well-organized and controlled dives led by the team.
Alongside the tiger sharks, it's common to see bull sharks, nurse sharks, and reef sharks, as well as rays, groupers, and reef fish. The area also offers shallow reefs and wrecks such as the Sugar Wreck or the pinnacle of Mount Olympus, providing variety between shark days.
The pace is intense yet orderly, with several dives each day and a strong emphasis on safety and respectful interaction with the animals.
Itinerary
Departure Day — Boarding in Freeport
Board the Blue Marlin in Freeport, Grand Bahama. On the first night, the boat sails towards the Bimini and Tiger Beach area to begin diving the following day.
