Master Liveaboards Blue Horizon
Red Sea Wrecks – Wrecks of the Red Sea Aboard the Blue Horizon (7 Nights)
Description
Diving the wrecks of the northern Red Sea is like immersing yourself in one of the most intricate underwater museums on the planet. In this itinerary, the spotlight is on sunken ships, whose steel hulls have gradually transformed into artificial reefs, adorned with coral and surrounded by schools of fish. The day follows the classic rhythm of life aboard, with several daily dives — including some nocturnal ones — and breaks for rest between dives. The Thistlegorm, a British cargo ship sunk in 1941 that still holds vehicles and ammunition from World War II, is the most anticipated dive, but the route connects to other well-known wrecks in locations like Abu Nuhas or the Gubal Islands. This proposal is designed for experienced divers accustomed to depth and occasional currents, seeking to combine history, iron, and marine life, with generally good visibility and temperate waters throughout the trip.
