Description
This 7-night itinerary connects Bali (Denpasar) with Labuan Bajo, traversing some of the most diverse underwater landscapes in Indonesia. The journey combines volcanic diving at the island of Sangeang – characterized by its black sand and underwater fumaroles where sulfur rises amidst the sand – with the current-swept reefs of Gili Banta and the highlight sites of Komodo National Park.
In the northern part of the park, Castle Rock and Crystal Rock are teeming with reef sharks and large schools of fish; in the center, Batu Bolong offers strong currents and vibrant marine life; while in the south, Manta Alley presents one of the world’s best locations to observe manta rays.
The trip also includes trekking among the Komodo dragons and shore stops. It’s a transitional itinerary designed for experienced divers looking to combine volcanic diving, macro life, and large pelagics in a single cruise.
