Dive Features
Depth: Maximum depth is typically around 18 meters, suitable for divers of all levels.
Visibility: Generally good, allowing you to enjoy the marine life and underwater scenery.
Marine Life: While not as abundant as the Mediterranean, the Mar Menor is home to a variety of species, such as sea bream, gilthead bream, sea bass, seahorses, starfish, nudibranchs, and various types of algae.
Dive Sites:
Piedras Blancas: A rock formation with a maximum depth of 18 meters, ideal for all levels.
Bajo de la Campana: A shoal located off the coast of San Javier, near Isla Grosa, with a maximum depth of 24 meters. Known for its shipwreck remains.
Isla Grosa: A protected island with rich marine biodiversity. A special permit is required to dive here.
The Dive:
The dive begins with a gentle descent from the boat. Once underwater, you can explore the underwater landscape, observe the marine life, and enjoy the tranquility of the environment.
Important Considerations:
Dive Center: It is recommended to contact a local dive center in San Pedro del Pinatar. They will provide you with the necessary information, the right equipment, and the guidance of an experienced instructor.
Equipment: Make sure you have the proper diving equipment, including a wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, and air tank.
Rules: Respect the diving rules and marine environment protection regulations.

We include all necessary equipment for most of our activities, except for Fun Dives (individual dives). In this case, if you don't have your own gear, you can conveniently rent it directly at our center.
