The PADI Basic Freediver it's a great first step in developing solid freediving skills. You learn the basics of freediving and focus on practicing freediving techniques in a pool or confined water site.
To enrol in a PADI Basic Freediver course you must be at least 12 years of age or older. You need to have proper swimming techniques and be in good physical health. No previous freediving or freediving experience is required.
In this freediving course you will learn the basics, such as how to clean your mask so it doesn't fog up, how to put on your fins and what to avoid. You will learn how to take care of the fauna and flora. You will learn how to compensate your ears to avoid pain and other basic recommendations.
Equipment rental
We include equipment in all our activities, except for Fun Dives, in this case, if you do not have equipment, you can rent it directly at the center.
