The Petro Divers 🌊
Petro Divers... that's real diving! The Petro Divers are one of the most renowned dive centers in Mallorca. We've been in Porto Petro, in southeastern Mallorca, near Santanyí and Cala D'Or, for almost 20 years. Our base is directly located at the small port of Porto Petro, and our large diving boat is just steps away, ready to accommodate up to 12 divers. For larger groups, we can arrange trips for 24 divers or more; just let us know in advance.
Petro Divers is the ideal starting point for exploring the stunning southeastern coast of Mallorca. After diving, you can enjoy a refreshing shower and have a "deco beer" or lemonade, along with some snacks. You can also savor the diverse culinary options in Porto Petro and check out its cool shops.
Petro Divers is a modern dive center with a new Bauer compressor that ensures the best air quality, and you can rent high-quality equipment from Scubapro and Aqualung. We're also COVID-19 certified, so you can dive with peace of mind.
Shuttle Bus Service 🚌
With our shuttle bus, we'll pick you and your diving gear up from your hotel and bring you back after diving. There are many accommodation options close to our center, so you can also start the day with a pleasant walk through the picturesque port of Porto Petro.
Speedboat Adventure 🚤
Our dive boat is also new and a real powerhouse with its 225 HP Yamaha engine. Measuring almost 8 meters, it can transport 12 divers and 2 crew members to the best diving sites in the southeast in no time. The comfortable, wide ladder makes it easy to board after diving, with our mooring just steps away from the base. If you're coming with a larger group, we can arrange trips for more than 24 divers; just let us know.
Learn to Dive! 📚
The PETRODIVERS are partners of SSI, PSS, and PADI and are the only VDST/CMAS base in Mallorca. We offer training under the standards of SSI, PSS, PADI, and the Association of German Divers (VDST). You can earn official diplomas from these organizations with us.
Equipment rental
We include equipment in all our activities, except for Fun Dives, in this case, if you do not have equipment, you can rent it directly at the center.

Security underwater
The sea.
1. Never hold your breath
Breathe deeply and slowly underwater. In addition to avoiding lung overexpansion issues, you will save air during your dive.
2. Always dive with a buddy
Always dive with a partner and make sure you stay close at all times.
3. Respect your limits
Always dive within the limits of your training. Train yourself before taking on new challenges.
4. Buoyancy
By maintaining good buoyancy control, you will increase your level of control, which will undoubtedly contribute to safer diving.
5. Pre-dive check
Before diving, check with your buddy: BCD, weights, straps, air, and final OK. This way, you can be sure you are ready to enter the water.
6. Keep learning
The more you practice your diving skills, the safer you will feel underwater. In courses like Rescue Diver, you can also learn rescue maneuvers to increase group safety.
