Has it been a while since you've dived and want to brush up on your skills before doing a new dive?

If you are certified as a diver but have not practiced for a long time and want to review the main diving skills, the Refresher is your best choice.

What does the Refresh course consist of?

It consists of a theoretical part and a practical part.

• In the theoretical part, you will have a theoretical manual and you can do the theory in person or online depending on the centre.

• In the practical part, you will practice underwater exercises again, regaining control of the diving equipment, mastering buoyancy, and all those necessary exercises so that you regain your skills. In this part, you will remember your beginnings as an Open Water diver.

• What is the minimum age to be able to do the Refresh course?

The minimum age to do the Refresher course is 12 years old and under the direct supervision of an Instructor.

• How long does the Refresh course last?

You can obtain the Refresher course in approximately 1 day. You can consult us to adapt the course to your needs.

• What do I have to bring to do the Refresh course?

We recommend you bring a swimsuit and towel, and if you tend to get seasick when traveling by car or boat, we also recommend you take some motion sickness pills.

• What is the maximum depth we will go to?

The maximum depth in the Refresher course is 18 meters.
