Our dives take place within the 13 dive sites of the Cabo Tiñoso Marine Reserve. Upon arrival at our center, you'll meet the team who will assist you, we'll show you our facilities, and register you to streamline future visits. We'll help you with equipment, tanks, and weights so you're ready to dive.

Before each dive, we'll give you a briefing so you're excited and prepared for what you'll see underwater. We'll load the equipment and head to the La Azohía pier, where we'll board the boat that will take us to the dive site. During the journey, we'll answer any last-minute questions.

Upon arrival, we'll review the dive buddy pairs, do a final check, and the skipper will guide us on how to safely enter the water. We'll enjoy a 45-50 minute dive.

Between dives, we'll have a pleasant surface interval where we'll brief you on the second dive, have a light lunch, and change tanks.

After the second dive, we'll return to the center to clean and dry the equipment, log the dives, weigh the collected trash for later donation to a conservation organization, and share highlights of the dives while enjoying refreshments.

Want to know more about the Cabo Tiñoso Marine Reserve, where our main dive sites are located?

This 1,173-hectare reserve, encompassing both external and internal waters, boasts stunning natural landscapes with a rugged coastline, beaches, coves, and cliffs that form an ecologically valuable ecosystem. Here you'll find underwater caves, rocky bottoms, and Posidonia oceanica meadows, which provide shelter and food for numerous species, also attracting others like leerfish and barracuda.

Maërl beds are characteristic of the area, harboring a great diversity of organisms. Additionally, there are notable populations of seabirds like the European storm petrel and the Cory's shearwater.

This reserve is key for the conservation of the bottlenose dolphin and the loggerhead sea turtle, and other cetaceans like the pilot whale, the striped dolphin, and the seasonal passage of fin whales and sperm whales can also be found.
