El Bajón offers scientific tourism in El Hierro, the island at the end of the world, combining sustainable whale and dolphin watching activities 🐋🐬 with data collection for research, in collaboration with the University of La Laguna. The experienced crew is supported by onboard marine biologists who ensure adherence to codes of conduct for responsible observation, guaranteeing the conservation of cetaceans and their habitat.

Our Journey through the Mar de las Calmas 🌊

• Scenic Cruise: Enjoy the marine fauna and volcanic landscape in a unique setting.

• Languages: Introduction and comments during the excursion in Spanish, English, or French, provided by a marine researcher and cetacean observation guide.

• Safety and Certifications: We hold a Blue Flag license, insurance, and life jackets for all our participants.

• Minimum Group: At least 6 people are required for this activity to take place.

• Bookings: Subject to availability; El Bajón reserves the right to propose an alternative date/time for the activity.

• Cancellation Policy: Entitled to a full refund if you cannot participate in the proposed alternative date/time.

• Punctuality: Please arrive 15 minutes before the excursion start time.

• Requirements: Children must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age is 4 years.

• Sightings: Due to the nature of these animals, sightings cannot be guaranteed.
