Have you ever wondered what it feels like to breathe underwater?
With the Try Dive, you can experience this wonderful sensation since, guided at all times by an instructor, you will be taught to breathe underwater with the diving equipment, increasing your confidence and safety.
In this first dive, you will have the opportunity to see marine life in its natural habitat for the first time and feel part of it.
For this activity, it is not necessary to have any previous knowledge of the diving world, just that you know how to swim and that you want to have a great time!
It is an activity that never disappoints, an experience that you will never forget and that will surely make you hooked on diving as much as we are 😉.
What does the Try Dive consist of?
The Try Dive is divided into two parts. On the one hand, the instructor will explain the theoretical part (yes, we're sorry, there is theory, but it's for your safety 😉) in which you will learn the basic aspects of diving, such as the effects of pressure underwater on our body, safety methods, how the diving equipment works, communication underwater, and the marine life that you will see during your first dive.
And the moment you were waiting for arrives! It's time to get in the water, where you will descend, always with the instructor, to a maximum depth of 6 meters in a suitable area that will allow you to enjoy the sensation of zero gravity and the marine fauna and flora.
Note: The schedule is indicative and may be subject to change depending on the center's availability. Contact us and we will confirm it for you.

What is the minimum age to be able to do a Try Dive?
The minimum age to do a diving baptism is 8 years old in a Try Dive limited to 2 meters deep and under the direct supervision of one Instructor per participant.
How long does the Try Dive last?
The diving baptism activity lasts one morning. The duration of the dive depends on different factors such as the breathing rates of each participant, the depth at which more time is spent, etc. In general, the average duration of the dive time is about 40 minutes.
What do I have to bring to do my Try Dive?
We recommend you bring a swimsuit and towel, and if you tend to get seasick when traveling by car or boat, we also recommend you take some motion sickness pills.
What is the maximum depth we will go to?
The maximum depth in a Try Dive varies a bit depending on the diving center, but it is generally between 6 and 12 meters, always under the direct supervision of an Instructor. In the case of children under 10 years old, the maximum depth will be 2 meters.
Can I fly on a plane after diving?
Although the depth reached in the Try Dive is almost insignificant, we recommend waiting between 12 and 24 hours after finishing the dive until boarding the plane.
Can I dive with contact lenses?
Yes, in fact, some instructors wear contact lenses daily without any problem.
Can I dive if I have asthma?
There are different types of asthma that may or may not be compatible with diving. If you have asthma, we advise you to consult your doctor first to ensure that you can perform the activity without any problem and to bring us a certificate signed by your doctor that details your fitness to dive without problems.
Can I dive with a cold?
We advise you to wait until you are fully recovered from a cold to be able to dive. However, if you do not have blocked nasal passages, you should not experience any problems diving. Otherwise, you will have trouble equalizing the pressure in your ears, therefore, you will not be able to dive.
Can I dive if I am pregnant?
As a precaution, no. There are few studies on the effects of scuba diving on the fetus, so as a preventive measure, we advise you not to dive while pregnant.

In addition to a valid medical certificate that describes the candidate's good physical and mental condition for the practice of diving, if you are under 18 years old, you will also need an authorization signed by your father, mother, or legal guardian.
