Although it may seem difficult, with just a little practice and the guidance of your instructor, you can achieve what you've always wanted, stay still to... take a good photograph, calmly observe aquatic life, pass through an arch or enter a cave. You can glide effortlessly, use less air and ascend, descend or float at the mere thought of it.
In 2 dives you will get to master buoyancy techniques and your dives will take on a different aspect and you will see your consumption reduced.

You will master correct ballast positioning.
Descents and ascents without a line.
Efficient finning.
Hydrodynamic position.
Proper use of the Jacket (BCD).
Getting close to the bottom without harming marine life.
Achieving neutral buoyancy at all times.
