Since 2010, Nisos Benidorm is the realization of José and Jessica's dream, who began sharing their passion for diving and respect for the sea. Over the years, our team has grown with instructors and dive masters who embody these same values. Each season, captains and instructors join us to make your experience unique and safe.
- Jessy Cuesta: Co-founder, PADI and SSI Staff Instructor, first aid instructor trainer, and port captain.
- Mª Jesús López «Susi»: Diving instructor since 1988, experienced in PADI.
- Jose Clavel: Instructor since 1998, certified in SSI, PADI, ACUC, and TDI.

At Nisos Benidorm, we ensure your underwater experience is exceptional by offering top-quality diving equipment. We exclusively use gear from CRESSI, known for its reliability and comfort. Additionally, we renew our equipment every 2-3 seasons, ensuring that you always receive gear in perfect operational and aesthetic condition, almost like it's brand new!
For recreational diving 🌊
- Steel tanks: Available in 7, 10, 12, and 15 liters with single and/or double INT and DIN valves to meet your needs.
- Suits and thermal protection: We offer 2.5mm shorties for all ages and sizes, and 5/7mm one-piece Diver suits from XXXS to XXXL, as well as dry suits and 2.5mm thermal vests for enhanced thermal protection.
- Additional equipment: Cressi Start Pro jackets, adjustable fins, 5mm zippered booties, masks, tubes, and CRESSI LEONARDO computers for a safe and comfortable dive.
- Lighting: Subaqua lights for exploring the darker depths.
For sidemount diving 🐠
- Aluminum tanks: Models S40 and S80.
- Specialized equipment: Tecline Avenger wings and Tecline regulators, specifically designed for sidemount diving.
For technical diving 🔧
- Wide range of tanks: Including S40 and S80 aluminum tanks and twin 2x12 liter tanks.
- Support and configuration: We offer wings from various brands, steel and aluminum backplates, and regulator sets configured in hogarthian style, along with stage regulators and Desert dry suits available in different sizes.

Security underwater
The sea.
1. Never hold your breath
Breathe deeply and slowly underwater. In addition to avoiding lung overexpansion issues, you will save air during your dive.
2. Always dive with a buddy
Always dive with a partner and make sure you stay close at all times.
3. Respect your limits
Always dive within the limits of your training. Train yourself before taking on new challenges.
4. Buoyancy
By maintaining good buoyancy control, you will increase your level of control, which will undoubtedly contribute to safer diving.
5. Pre-dive check
Before diving, check with your buddy: BCD, weights, straps, air, and final OK. This way, you can be sure you are ready to enter the water.
6. Keep learning
The more you practice your diving skills, the safer you will feel underwater. In courses like Rescue Diver, you can also learn rescue maneuvers to increase group safety.
