At Nisos Benidorm, we ensure your underwater experience is exceptional by offering top-quality diving equipment. We exclusively use gear from CRESSI, known for its reliability and comfort. Additionally, we renew our equipment every 2-3 seasons, ensuring that you always receive gear in perfect operational and aesthetic condition, almost like it's brand new!
For recreational diving 🌊
- Steel tanks: Available in 7, 10, 12, and 15 liters with single and/or double INT and DIN valves to meet your needs.
- Suits and thermal protection: We offer 2.5mm shorties for all ages and sizes, and 5/7mm one-piece Diver suits from XXXS to XXXL, as well as dry suits and 2.5mm thermal vests for enhanced thermal protection.
- Additional equipment: Cressi Start Pro jackets, adjustable fins, 5mm zippered booties, masks, tubes, and CRESSI LEONARDO computers for a safe and comfortable dive.
- Lighting: Subaqua lights for exploring the darker depths.
For sidemount diving 🐠
- Aluminum tanks: Models S40 and S80.
- Specialized equipment: Tecline Avenger wings and Tecline regulators, specifically designed for sidemount diving.

Security underwater

1. Never hold your breath
Breathe deeply and slowly underwater. In addition to avoiding lung overexpansion issues, you will save air during your dive.
2. Always dive with a buddy
Always dive with a partner and make sure you stay close at all times.

Always dive within the limits of your training. Train yourself before taking on new challenges.
4. Buoyancy
By maintaining good buoyancy control, you will increase your level of control, which will undoubtedly contribute to safer diving.
5. Pre-dive check
