This dive site is located in the parish of Caniçal, in Machico, next to a hotel named Quinta do Lorde, hence the dive site's name.

During this dive, we can encounter a wide variety of species:

• Damselfish (Abudefduf luridus and Chromis limbata)

• Common octopus (Octopus vulgaris)

• Butterfly rays (Gymnura altavela)

🏞️ Dive Route

The dive starts on a rocky bottom at 5 meters deep next to the harbor and continues towards the sandy bottom. Heading west, it's possible to see and follow the conjunction of rocky and sandy bottoms. On the way back, it's possible to pass through an arch associated with a small cave, where you can observe:

• Anemones (Telmactatis cricoides)

• Atlantic dancing shrimp (Cyrtocinetes rigens)

• Golden shrimp (Stenopus spinosus)

• Red reef lobster (Enoplometopus antillensis)
