- At least 24 logged dives 📜
- Minimum age: 15 years

- Theoretical sessions: 1 - 2
- Pool/confined water sessions: 1
- Open water dives: 4
- Maximum training depth: 18 or 30 m (depending on certification level)
- Maximum linear distance: 40 m or equal to the diver's certification, whichever is shorter
- Suggested program duration: 14:00 - 18:00
