Scoglietto - House of Groupers

• Description: A calm and visually stunning dive on a rock wall that descends to about 20 metres. This site is famous for its resident groupers swimming peacefully, accompanied by large snappers and elegant barracudas. The area is characterised by an abundance of black damselfish, creating a vibrant underwater spectacle. Amberjacks can occasionally be spotted hunting in the surroundings.

Scoglietto - Cuevas Grandes

• Description: This dive takes you around the Scoglietto, where you will find a wall that starts at 20 metres and leads to two accessible caves. The interior of the caves is a colourful display, completely covered with sponges and offers a beautiful contrast to the blue of the open sea. It is an experience that combines the thrill of exploration with the beauty of underwater nature.

• Depth: 20-45 metres

Scoglietto - The Christ

• Description: Start with an exciting descent to about 20 metres to a sandy plateau, home to shoals of bream and frequently visited by barracuda. Swimming northwest, you reach an underwater headland at 47 metres, adorned with large red gorgonians and lobsters. A highlight is the statue of Christ at 39 metres, situated in front of a wall spectacularly encrusted with yellow sponges. This dive combines history and nature in a unique way.

Scoglietto - North Wall

• Description:This dive is perfect for beginners, offering rich biodiversity in a clear and bright environment.The dive takes place behind the Scoglietto rock, where the seabed extends with a rock slide to a depth of 17 metres.Visibility is excellent, allowing close encounters with scorpion fish, moray eels and a variety of small fish, as well as occasional sightings of snappers and barracuda in the distance.

Santa Lucía's Pinnacle

• Description: This underwater pinnacle starts at a depth of 8 metres, where the boat is anchored. Descending down its eastern face, you encounter a sheer wall covered with orange sea daisies. The dive continues to the south, passing two other smaller rocks teeming with marine life, including moray eels, conger eels and octopus. In addition, the presence of croack fish and snappers hunting amongst the Posidonia provides a dynamic and lively experience.

High Planes

• Description: Located one mile in the direction of Piombino from Santa Lucia, this site offers an underwater landscape where the bottom forms a wall from 45 to 30 metres. Here you will find a rich fauna of lobsters, groupers, conger eels and moray eels, with schools of bream and snappers interspersed with solitary barracudas. This rocky point, surrounded by miles of sandy bottom, is a refuge and hunting ground for pelagic fish.

• Depth: 28-42 metres

• Level: Medium

Cape Madonna

• Description: This underwater promontory, located near the harbour of Marciana Marina, extends offshore and offers a large dive site. Underwater, you will find a second submerged promontory, where you anchor for the dive. The site is known for its lobsters, conger eels and moray eels, as well as rocks covered with orange sea daisies. In addition, a statue of Christ, colonised by marine organisms, provides an interesting focal point.

• Depth: 0-45 metres

• Level: Easy

Cape Zanca

• Description: Ideal for beginner divers, this dive takes you to a boulder drop off from the surface to a depth of about 25 metres. It is an excellent place to explore the gullies between the rocks, where you can find moray eels, groupers and scorpion fish. Tuna sightings are frequent and it is recommended to bring a diving torch to fully enjoy the experience.
