You've made a great choice when considering Malapascua for your next dive trip - it's an amazing destination with some of the best and most varied dive sites in the Philippines!
Since 2022 we have been doing some simply amazing thresher shark dives. Basically, they are seen at shallower depths, later and much closer in general - which means much better sightings and amazing photo ops for the photographers. However, the scheduling of dives is quite complicated as we now see them in two places.
And the fun doesn't stop there! We have other amazing sites, you can't miss Gato!
Buy as many dives as you think you can do, and you can always add more when you're here.
Price includes tank, weight, DM and boat fees.
This is the base price for a dive, and there are additional costs for marine park fees, fuel, equipment and nitrox surcharges, etc.) A small fuel surcharge applies for the thresher shark dive at Kimud Shoal.
Please note that the thresher shark fun dives are for Advanced Open Water divers only. If you are Open Water, it is possible to do the dive safely with an instructor for an extra charge.
Equipment hire and nitrox can be paid for on site or in advance.
Equipment rental
We include the equipment in all of our activities, except for the Fun Dives. In this case, if you don't have your own equipment, you can rent it directly at the center.
