Nitrox Course Details

Theory

The theory part of the course is based on the PADI Nitrox Diver manual, which we'll give you at the start. After reading it, you'll complete a series of simple knowledge reviews, which we'll review together in our classroom to make sure you have no remaining questions. At the end, you'll take a 25-question quiz with your instructor.

Practice

The practical is where the adventure really begins. You'll do a Nitrox dive to familiarise yourself with the benefits of Nitrox and learn how to analyse the oxygen mix in your tank to determine your bottom time. This experience will give you the confidence and skills you need to dive with Nitrox safely and effectively.
