Adventure Diver vs. Advanced Open Water Diver
If you're short on time, you can choose the PADI Adventure Diver course.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy three dives of your choice, to try what you like and become more comfortable in the water, managing your underwater skills and allowing you to enjoy diving in just 2 days.
These 3 adventure dives are logged and will count towards the day you wish to complete your advanced open water padi.
During the PADI Adventure Diver course, you will improve your skills by completing three dives, which will introduce you to underwater navigation, or deep water diving (generally between 18-30 metres / 60-100 feet), or buoyancy skills. You will choose 3 ‘Adventure’ dives of your choice.
Only the Advanced Open Water or Deep Adventure Diver certifications qualify you to dive to 30 metres.
The 5 dives of the AOW Programme are ‘adventure dives’ and all can be used as the first dive of your associated speciality.
You will have the opportunity to discover 3 dive themes in the most beautiful sites of the region: The Caribbean Sea... What better way to improve your orientation, for example, or to enjoy an incredible drift dive on the walls of Cozumel .
