The bull shark is a shark with a robust, elongated body, grey in colour and spotted on the dorsal side. The head is small, with a pointed snout and small eyes. It is a solitary swimmer, slow but strong. It has a very migratory character and regulates its buoyancy by swallowing air. It is a shark that, although it can go down to depths of up to 190m, swims close to sandy bottoms, and comes very close to the shore. It feeds on small sharks, rays, cephalopods and crustaceans.
