PEAK PERFORMANCE BUOYANCY

Course where you will learn buoyancy control techniques, good position in the water, breathing, effective finning and other skills to control your body diving

• eLearning Theory Kit: Theory completely online, you can do it at home before going on vacation saving all that time in the classroom

Recommendations

• Bring a towel, bathing clothes and water

• You can do your open water dives on one of our excursions to get to know the best seabed or the most incredible sunken ships in the area during your course, ask us about these extra options.

• Be in good health, please check the medical questionnaire (we will send you all the documentation by email) and bring a medical report if required.
