Sunset and Night Dive Adventure: Join us for a unique diving experience that begins in the late afternoon and extends into the night. On this boat excursion, we will do two dives: the first dive in the late afternoon, followed by a surface interval during which you can enjoy the sunset from the boat. The second dive will be a night dive, where you will explore the ocean under the moonlight.

Dive Details

We start the excursion with a late afternoon dive, where you can enjoy the marine life in the transition from day to night.

During the surface interval, relax on the boat and watch the sunset, a perfect time to recharge your batteries before the night dive.

The second dive will be at night, revealing a completely different underwater world.

Coral Spawning Night Dive

Once a year, on very specific dates, an amazing natural phenomenon occurs: coral spawning. Corals release eggs and sperm into the water to reproduce, creating a unique and fascinating visual spectacle. Watching coral spawning is one of the most extraordinary diving experiences you can have.

Monitoring and Collection: During these special dives, we will monitor coral spawning and, if possible, collect eggs and sperm for study. FUNDEMAR will use these gametes to perform assisted fertilisation in its laboratory, a crucial step in aiding coral recovery.

Specific Dates: Coral spawning occurs on specific dates in May, August and September. Check our spawning calendar if you plan to dive during these months so you don't miss out on this unique opportunity.
