Rescue Diver
Learning rescue techniques is the first step in professional dive education, preparing you to handle emergencies in the best way possible.
Divers describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging yet the most rewarding course they’ve ever taken. Why? Because you learn how to prevent and manage problems in the water, becoming a more confident diver with skills that enable you to assist others if needed. During the course, you develop problem-solving techniques until they become second nature. Plus, the course is serious yet enjoyable, with plenty of moments of laughter while focusing on learning.
PADI (Junior) Advanced Open Water Divers who are at least 12 years old and have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive can enroll in the Rescue Diver course. You also need Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the last 24 months. This training can be completed during the Rescue Diver course. As part of the rescue diver training at Aquasub, we also offer the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider specialty course simultaneously.
NOTE:
The online course includes the Crew Pak or candidate’s digital materials, covering all theoretical components. When purchased, the dive center will add extra costs for open water preparation. Purchasing only the digital manual does not cover any of the described components, and you must complete your training at a PADI dive center.
