The introductory diving program, perfect for beginners! The FUN Diver is a fun and relaxed way to start your adventure in the world of diving. Equivalent to the SSI Basic Diver and PADI Scuba Diver programs, but with a fun twist.

Requirements

Good health and a minimum age of 12 years.

No prior diving experience required, but basic swimming skills are necessary.

About the Course

Don't have enough time to complete your full diving certification on this vacation? Would you like to dive for fun without getting lost in the theory? With the FUN Diver course, you can start diving immediately with minimal theory. In a small group of 2 to 4 people, you’ll learn the basic skills to feel comfortable and safe underwater. Through practical exercises in a fun environment, you’ll learn the essentials of diving. By the end of the course, you will be able to dive to a depth of 12 meters, always accompanied by a guide.

Course Objective

The main goal is to gradually and comfortably introduce you to diving, ensuring that you feel confident with your equipment and know how to use it correctly. During the sessions, you will practice buoyancy control and proper finning techniques. This course also covers the basics of safety and diving equipment use. Additionally, as part of the SUBEX Diver basic training, you will practice essential skills to move safely underwater.

Course Content

• 3 dives with brief analysis sessions before and after each dive.

• 2 theory lessons (Diving Equipment & Ecology).

Additional Information

You will receive the SUBEX FUN Diver card and a voucher of 50 CHF to upgrade your training to SUBEX Diver.

SSI Scuba Diver certification is available upon request and for an additional cost.
