REFRESH COURSE / SCUBA REVIEW 🌊

Been a while since you've been diving? 🤿 If you feel like your diving skills and knowledge are a little rusty, the Scuba Review is perfect for you! This course is designed to refresh everything you learned and help you feel comfortable underwater again.

Course structure

The Scuba Review course combines theory and practice to help you regain confidence in your diving skills. You'll start by reviewing the knowledge you acquired in your initial training, then practice the fundamental exercises in a pool or confined water area.

Open water dives

During two open water dives, you'll review key aspects such as:

• Safe diving practices 🤿

• Fundamentals of dive planning 📝

• Dive equipment set-up ⚙️

• Practical in-water exercises 🌊

• Problem management during the dive

• Breathing at depth

• Use of dive computers for planning and safety

You'll complete a theory assessment, followed by practical exercises in confined water. This structure allows you to review each skill just before you perform it, ensuring you're prepared and confident.

Scuba equipment

You can use your own scuba equipment during the course. If you don't have any, don't worry, we can hire it for you! Remember, if you haven't used your regulator for more than six months, it is advisable to have it serviced to avoid any problems. If you need it, we can take care of the service and get it ready for you to enjoy diving without any worries.
