About the Course:

The SUBEX Diver is a basic diving training course with CMAS 1-STAR DIVER (T)* or SSI OWD certification. In 5 days of training, you will complete 7 dives, learn everything you need to dive safely, and discover the fascinating marine life of the Red Sea.

With SUBEX Diver, you don’t just learn to dive; you live a unique experience in one of the world’s best diving destinations. Upon completing the course, you will be certified to dive up to 18 meters deep anywhere in the world, always in guided groups.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 14 years.

• Good health.

• No previous diving experience required, but swimming skills are necessary.

Course Content:

• 7 dives: You will learn essential maneuvers such as Discover, Trust, Rescue, Float, Assist, Safety, and Adventure. All dives take place in the sea, allowing you to apply the knowledge acquired in real-life situations.

• 6 theoretical units: You will delve into topics such as diving equipment, marine ecology, anatomy and physics of diving, accidents, and how to plan your dives safely.

Course Objectives:

• Learn to use diving equipment, breathe underwater, and move efficiently.

• Develop skills to react in dangerous situations.

• Adopt environmental awareness to protect coral reefs and their habitat.

Certification:

• The course certifies you as a CMAS T (1-STAR DIVER)*.

• Additional SSI Open Water Diver certification available upon request for an additional cost.
