Under the Sea:
Scuba Diving - Boat Dives: Explore the best dive sites with two guided boat dives. Available 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (approx. 4 hours). Includes boat transport and professional guide. Equipment rental not included.

Scuba Diving Courses: São Nicolau Diving is the only certified dive center on the island! Offering a full range of PADI courses from Open Water to Divemaster. Learn from our professional instructors in a safe and supportive environment.
Snorkeling: Enjoy guided snorkeling sessions exploring vibrant marine life. Available 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (2 hours). Includes equipment and transport. Underwater photography/videography available upon request.
Freediving Sessions: COMING SOON! Stay tuned for updates.
Water Sports:
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP): Rent a SUP and explore at your own pace, or join a guided tour. Available anytime during daylight hours. Includes SUP, paddle, and life jacket. Photography/videography available upon request.
Dry Land Adventures:
Shark Sighting: Witness sharks in their natural habitat from the shore. A unique and exciting 3-hour experience. Includes transport and professional guide.
Hiking Tours: Explore the scenic beauty of São Nicolau with guided hikes (1-10 hours). Includes guide, local knowledge, refreshments, and transport. Lunch available for an additional fee. Personal hiking gear recommended.
Special Events: Join us for open-air cooking classes and beach BBQs at sunset! Enjoy local dishes, great company, and stunning coastal views. Contact us for more information.

The sea.
1. Never hold your breath
Breathe deeply and slowly underwater. In addition to avoiding lung overexpansion issues, you will save air during your dive.
2. Always dive with a buddy
Always dive with a partner and make sure you stay close at all times.
3. Respect your limits
Always dive within the limits of your training. Train yourself before taking on new challenges.
4. Buoyancy
By maintaining good buoyancy control, you will increase your level of control, which will undoubtedly contribute to safer diving.
5. Pre-dive check
Before diving, check with your buddy: BCD, weights, straps, air, and final OK. This way, you can be sure you are ready to enter the water.
6. Keep learning
The more you practice your diving skills, the safer you will feel underwater. In courses like Rescue Diver, you can also learn rescue maneuvers to increase group safety.
